About the man who started Reps ahead.  

Phil is the director of Reps Ahead. He was a structural engineer for 17 years until he woke up with the concept for Reps Ahead the day after Thanksgiving in 2022. Now he is teaming up with the New You Crew to develop this format and is planning a tournament-style showcase as one of the highlights of this year's event.
